Step 1
Select your required items and complete the Order Form or email to watiecrafty@gmail.com , together with your :

• Address:
• Contact Number:
• Code Item:
• Payment method that you prefer.

*Orders are ONLY acceptable by Order Form and EMAIL.

Step 2
After we have received your email, order confirmation email will be sent out. Once you received order confirmation email, the reservation is valid for 3 DAYS ONLY.

Step 3
Bank in or transfer the payment within 3 days. If there is no reply from you, your order shall be released without any further notice.

Step 4
After you have made your payment, please kindly send us your email which includes the transaction date, amount and which bank you bank in to.
*Appreciate if you can forward us the bank notice^^

• Items will be sent out in 2 working days. (We provides 3 postage service weekly)
• We only serve serious buyers; please do not make reservation without feedback/ replies.
• Goods SOLD are not refundable/ exchangeable.
• All materials are selected carefully with hearts and love. Hope you enjoy shopping with us.
• For Pre-order items, 100% payment is required to be made. Stock order will be place once payment received.
• Pre-order item will arrived that using airmail will arrived Malaysia within 1-2 weeks. For shipment that requires vessel delivery, postage will take approximately 3 – 4 weeks. Once shipment arrived, we will inform our customers through email, and postage will be sending out immediately.
• Pre-order customer that failed to made full payment will not entertained.
• All goods are selling in Malaysia currency.
• All goods are under fixed price.All prices listed are not postage included.
• All items will be packed and wrapped carefully before send out.
• Watie Crafty Blogshop will not be responsible for any damage caused in the transmitting process.
